1. License Terms

License Grant

  • Licenses are per-user, not per-machine
  • Users can install Fuego on multiple devices for personal use
  • The application can only be active on one device at a time
  • You must close the application on the current device before using it on another device
  • Attempting to run multiple instances simultaneously violates these terms
  • License is non-transferable and non-exclusive

Multiple Device Usage

  • You may install the application on multiple personal devices
  • Only one active instance is permitted at any time
  • The application will enforce single-instance usage across devices
  • Violation of single-instance usage may result in license suspension

License Restrictions

  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software
  • You may not create derivative works based on Fuego
  • You may not sublicense, rent, lease or lend the software
  • You may not use the software for illegal purposes
  • You may not circumvent the single-instance restriction

2. Subscription and Payments

Merchant of Record

  • Lemonsqueezy acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR)
  • By purchasing, you enter into a billing agreement with Lemonsqueezy
  • Lemonsqueezy handles all payment processing, taxation, and billing compliance
  • Lemonsqueezy issues legally valid invoices for all transactions
  • Your purchase is subject to Lemonsqueezy’s terms of service

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely by Lemonsqueezy
  • Lemonsqueezy handles all aspects of payment security and PCI compliance
  • Available payment methods are determined by Lemonsqueezy
  • Transaction currency is based on your location
  • All prices displayed include applicable taxes as calculated by Lemonsqueezy

Subscription Options

  • Monthly or annual subscription options available
  • 14-day free trial for new users
  • Free version available with limited features
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled through Lemonsqueezy
  • Subscription management is handled through your Lemonsqueezy customer portal

Billing Terms

  • Prices are displayed including all applicable taxes
  • Failed payments are handled by Lemonsqueezy’s retry system
  • Subscription changes take effect on the next billing cycle
  • You are responsible for maintaining current payment information
  • Tax rates and calculations are handled automatically by Lemonsqueezy

Subscription Management

  • Access your subscription details through the Lemonsqueezy customer portal
  • Update payment methods through your Lemonsqueezy account
  • Cancel or change subscription plans via the Lemonsqueezy portal
  • Download invoices directly from your Lemonsqueezy account
  • Payment history is available in your Lemonsqueezy dashboard

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security

  • Maintaining the security of your Firebase credentials
  • Ensuring proper authorization for accessing Firebase projects
  • Protecting your Fuego account credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Compliance

  • Complying with Firebase’s terms of service
  • Not sharing or redistributing the application
  • Following all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate account information

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to circumvent license restrictions
  • Using the software to harm others
  • Uploading malicious content
  • Interfering with other users’ access

4. Updates and Support

Software Updates

  • Regular updates included with subscription
  • Updates may be required for security purposes
  • Some features may be modified or removed
  • Beta features may be available with limited support

Technical Support

  • Technical support via email
  • Feature requests and bug reports welcome through official channels
  • Response times may vary
  • Support provided in English only

5. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refunds available at our discretion
  • Trial period conversions are non-refundable
  • All refunds are processed through Lemonsqueezy

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Lemonsqueezy’s platform
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions
  • Users are responsible for backing up their data

Limitation of Damages

  • Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • No liability for third-party services
  • Force majeure events excluded

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership

  • All rights, title, and interest in Fuego remain with us
  • User feedback may be used without compensation
  • Third-party licenses acknowledged where applicable

Trademarks

  • All trademarks remain property of their respective owners
  • Limited license to use Fuego branding for intended purpose

8. Termination

Grounds for Termination

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • At user’s request

Effects of Termination

  • Access to premium features ends
  • Data retention as per Privacy Policy
  • No refund for current billing period
  • Surviving provisions remain in effect

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms
  • Users will be notified of significant changes
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
  • Previous versions available upon request

10. Governing Law

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms will be governed by the laws where Lemonsqueezy operates as Merchant of Record
  • Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction
  • Legal notices must be in writing
  • Class action waiver where permitted by law
